Anyone under the influence of alcohol, or considered by the guide to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that might impair judgement will not be allowed to participate in the tour. The guide's decision is final, and there will be no refund for any guest disqualified.
Children must be a minimum of 4 years of age to ride on the jet ski. Participants must be a minimum of 14 years of age to drive a jet ski. Passengers age 15 and younger must be accompanied on the jet ski by an adult age 18 or older who has completed a boater's safety test. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. Guests under the age of 18 will be required to have their parent present to sign a waiver. Participants age 16 years and older MUST present a government issued photo ID at check-in. Jet Ski tours require a credit card at check-in for a damage security deposit as well. Jet ski drivers age 16 and older must complete a boater's safety course. Two participants age 16 to 17 may share a jet ski, provided that both driver and passenger complete the boater's safety course. Guests who were born prior to 1987 are exempt from the requirement to complete the boater's safety course.
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. Guests under the age of 18 will be required to have their parent or legal guardian present to sign a waiver Participants age 16 and older must present a valid photo ID. The maximum combined weight that can be accommodated is 460 pounds. Due to the potential bumpy ride, guests with neck, back, or hip problems, and pregnant woman may not participate.
